Call Physical Facilities Management’s Administrative Services at 202.806.1000 for the following emergencies: 

• Report of damage to the University's facilities and/or utilities
• Heating and air conditioning problems
• Water problems
• Electrical problems
• Sewer problems
• Custodial problems
• Broken windows
• (Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
• When in doubt, call the Department of Public Safety at 202-806-1100.

Public Safety Emergencies

Call the Department of Public Safety at 202.806.1100 for the following emergencies:

• All automobile, student or faculty emergencies
• Any medical-related emergency
• Fire and weather-related emergencies
• Bomb threats
• Locked out of car, office or classroom
• (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
